Hiring Process
You may apply online or in person at either our Anchorage or Fairbanks offices.

We will schedule you for your initial interview with a TDL recruiter. At that interview you will need to bring:
- A copy of your resume
- Letters of reference and applicable certificates (i.e. Food handlers Card, Forklift certification, etc.) (optional)
- Names and phone numbers of previous supervisors
- Two forms of IDs for I9 verification
- For healthcare candidates, also bring licenses, certificates and vaccine records
- For light industrial candidates also bring two forms of ID

Your recruiter will then contact your references and verify your qualifications.

We will present your information to companies for any positions you are both interested in and qualified for, and will coordinate any interview that may be needed.

We present any extended offers of employment.
