All employees hired to a client/business’s permanent staff will come with a one year guarantee. This guarantee begins the first day the employee works at your work site. This can be as a temporary or a permanent employee. If this employee is no longer working at your place of business one year from the first day, TDL will staff the position for you again, with no additional staffing fees. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
